We got great value for our money at Castello Prime Suites. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and clean towels and sheets. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the heart of the city, and the staff treated us wonderfully.

The morning meal could be improved with fresher bread and pastries.

I had the most amazing stay at Castello Prime Suites. the view from the apartment was absolutely stunning and perfect for enjoying a drink while relaxing. the apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. the highlight of my stay was definitely the warm pool and sauna, which I had all to myself. the facilities were fantastic, but what really made my trip special was the staff. Diego, in particular, was incredibly accommodating and always there to help. His friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even better. I would highly recommend Castello Prime Suites for a perfect stay in Lisbon.

The soundproofing of the rooms was quite poor, as noise from other guests could easily be heard. the hotel lacked accessibility, as it could only be reached by climbing a steep and long staircase.

Great hospitality from the start, even though we arrived early for check-in. Comfortable room with a balcony view and fantastic air conditioning. - Lovely shower with a view and access to a sauna and jacuzzi. - Helpful staff who printed train tickets and were available 24/7.

No direct road access, with steep steps to reach the property. The smell of the main corridor and entrance hall, which some may find unpleasant.
