This charming boutique hotel is conveniently located near a bustling working center. The nearby subway stop makes it easy to explore the city center and other attractions. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious and quality foods. The hotel provides security arrangements and has multilingual staff. Guests can enjoy the convenience of an elevator and the use of codes instead of keys for the rooms.

One minor downside is that some rooms may not offer a picturesque view, but this is common in the area.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was quite close to "Parque Eduardo VII" and very close to Metro Marquês de Pombal. The building itself was very secure and in a great location to walk around. the room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable.

The soundproofing between the rooms was poor, which meant that I could hear everything from the next room's bathroom.

We had an amazing city trip! the hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center and main attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and yoghurt. It was so convenient to start the day with a delicious breakfast and not have to worry about finding a place to eat. a fantastic stay!

That the room was a bit small, and the shower in the bathroom had some issues. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

The staff at Castilho House were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our shuttle transfer fell through, they stepped in and arranged a new one for us. The contemporary decor in the hotel hallway and rooms was tasteful and spotless. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the sights we wanted to see.
