Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was a breeze, with easy access to a garage just across the square. The location couldn't be more perfect, right on the town square in the center of everything. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to walk everywhere. The clean and bright property had a modern and updated feel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The outdoor patio seating area was a jaw-dropping spot to enjoy breakfast. They were pet-friendly and had a convenient park nearby for walks.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel special and at home. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel's history as a bank and law offices added charm.

The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants in the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the modern and recently updated decor of the queen room made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly with a park right outside made it a perfect choice for pet owners.

Although the room was clean, we did find some leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest, which was a bit off-putting. It would have been more convenient if the armoire in our room had doors that opened in the opposite direction or had two doors for easier access.

Hotel E Santa Rosa is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, right on the town square. This convenient location allows easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Guests also appreciate the modern and welcoming lobby, which gives off a boutique vibe. The staff at the front desk are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and spacious TVs. Plus, the hotel offers an enjoyable breakfast that includes a selection of pastries and excellent coffee.

One minor downside is that the windows in the rooms are thin, allowing some external noise to filter in at times.

this hotel exceeded my expectations during our golf trip to Santa Rosa. the staff was friendly, the decor was chic, and the room was the cleanest we stayed in. great value for the cost.

Perfect location for exploring wineries and vineyards. Exciting nightlife with new restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and wine tasting rooms.

Oh, how I loved sitting in the tiny room with a view of a back street and no chair to work. The humming sound of the HVAC equipment outside my window was simply delightful.

The hotel was in a great location, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were mostly pleasant and the hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches such as the light dimmers and the mirrors in the room.

One major downside was the cleanliness of the room. The shower had lots of dust on the edges and some leftover hair.

The customer service is top-notch, making you feel jaw-droppingly welcomed. The updated, clean rooms with a huge TV and comfortable bed are a pleasant surprise. The modern, spacious bathroom is a plus. The on-site bar/lounge area is a great spot to unwind. With outstanding staff and a perfect location, it's a no-brainer to stay here again if visiting the area.

The location of E was perfect for exploring nearby wineries and dining out. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the room was modern and updated, with a clean and comfortable bathroom. We especially enjoyed the wine bar in the lobby, which had an impressive selection of wines.
