I had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but it's very convenient for travelers as there is a big shopping mall nearby. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting me with a smile and helping me with any queries I had. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the availability of room service and the option to have a continental breakfast delivered to my room. The hotel also offers a sauna, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking spaces available for guests. the friendly receptionist that assisted me during check-in was a great experience. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. A bonus was the complimentary Wi-Fi provided in the room. the breakfast offered was also great, and there was a nice variety to choose from.

In my room on the third floor, I did notice a strange odor upon entry. It was not a pleasant smell, and I noticed it every time I returned to the room.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. Convenient parking and tram station nearby. Friendly and respectful staff. Free water provided upon request. Excellent restaurant.

As youngsters, we loved the variety of amenities offered at the hotel. The gym and sauna were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of delicious options that catered to all tastes.

We had a great stay at Garden Square, thanks to the helpful staff, especially Alexander at the reception. the hotel was impeccably clean and quiet, and the breakfast choices were exceptional. We also appreciated the easy access to the tram stop, which allowed us to conveniently travel to the city center or Galleria Krakowaska. the Divine Mercy Chapel was within walking distance. the free and spacious car parking was a bonus, and the kind receptionist made our late check-in a breeze. it was a delightful experience.
