I stayed at Central for a few days and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, available 24/7. The hostel was always clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with drinking water. The breakfast was delicious and sometimes they even provided an evening snack. The Wi-Fi was pretty good and the showers had nice hot water. The shared bathrooms were never crowded and there were plenty of common spaces to relax or work. It was also easy to book transport to different places in Guatemala. The location was great, within walking distance to everything in just 10-15 minutes.

The delicious breakfast with coffee, pancakes, and fresh fruit, as well as the staff-made spaghetti dinner on Friday, were fantastic. The extra blanket provided by the kind staff kept us warm in the cooler evenings. The clothes line in the backyard was handy for drying our clothes. The solid WiFi in the common area and dorm was a great perk. The backyard area with grass was a nice touch.

I stayed at Central for my solo trip and had an amazing time! The staff were friendly and helped me arrange my shuttle to el paredón. They even assisted with all my future travels. The dorm beds were comfortable with personal lights and sockets for charging devices. Plus, the showers had hooks for hanging clothes! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. Great location too!

That the walls in our room were dirty and the sheets and pillowcases had fluff balls on them which got onto our clothes. the private bathroom was actually shared with another room and the shower water would spill into our bathroom.
