We had a fantastic time staying at the Convento De Sao Francisco Villa. The building is absolutely stunning and full of atmosphere. We loved exploring the unique and beautiful spaces, and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh homegrown pineapple. The room was well-designed, airy and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the lovely swimming pool in the quiet garden. a truly unique and enjoyable experience.

The Convento De Sao Francisco Villa provided an exceptional experience. the building was spacious and quiet, with no noisy TVs in the room. Access to the roof was a bonus, and there was always a plentiful supply of coffee, fresh juice, and fruits. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. the WiFi connection in the room was flawless, and the overall experience was great.

The hotel is situated in a historic building with antique furniture and beautiful views from the windows. The breakfast is rich and delicious. there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view, including an upstairs patio and bar.

The wi-fi only works in one small room in the entire building.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning sensitively restored convent called Convento De Sao Francisco Villa. The atmosphere and decor of this beautiful building were truly unique and captivating. I loved wandering through the cloister, bell tower, and other original rooms used by the Franciscan monks. The tasteful and sophisticated furnishings added to the historic charm of the place. The bar area and swimming pool were delightful, and our room, adorned with antiques, provided both modern comfort and a sense of history. Additionally, the location on the outskirts of town was perfect for me, as it was a short walk into town to get food and avoid driving on the left side of the road. The hotel's proximity to major routes also made it a convenient base for exploring the island. The staff were lovely, and the tranquil atmosphere, along with the presence of a friendly cat, made my stay here very restorative. I didn't want to leave!
