As someone with physical handicaps, I was impressed with the accessibility features at this hotel. The lifts are equipped with card scanning for added security and only guests can access the bedrooms. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary activities, such as craft beer tastings, and there is always a table full of bottled water available in the reception. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, and the walking tour with Rita was a great way to get oriented quickly. the amenities and services provided made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

The hotel itself was luxurious and quiet, with soundproofed windows. We were given treats and a free massage, and the small spa was a bonus. We were sad to leave and will definitely be returning. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff members went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, with their kindness, attentiveness, and surprise treats. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the Time Out Market and other tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The added bonus of music in the shower was a delightful touch. The breakfast at Corpo Santo Barista was delicious, with a variety of options. The hotel also had a good gym for a basic workout. it was a great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

We couldn't be happier with the stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but on a quiet square. Everything was within walking distance. The service was top-notch, we loved the room service and the car hire option. The room was soundproofed, we couldn't even tell that there was a bar/lounge area located downstairs. The amenities were incredible; we loved the terrace and the in-room safe. this place offers a luxurious experience!

During our Easter stay, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage as we were able to easily access the main tourist attractions and the commercial area. We also appreciated the complimentary food and drink offerings throughout the day, as well as the thoughtful treats left in our room each evening.

One of the downsides we experienced was the noise from the street in the rooms facing the main road. Despite the windows being closed, the noise level was still quite high and disrupted our sleep.

The value for money was excellent, with great service and extra amenities like free snacks and drinks in the lobby. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff, especially Diana and Nuno Pacheo, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

One thing that could make the breakfast even better is to offer a wider variety of options.
