The staff at Cosy went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I mentioned my concern about slipping in the shower, they promptly brought me a rubber mat. They even made scrambled eggs for me every morning, even though it wasn't on the menu. Elsa, who spoke English fluently, helped me plan my day trip to Cascais. I also appreciated the portable heater in my room, as it was chilly at night. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The breakfast provided was of poor quality and had a bad atmosphere, with a cat even eating food off a table.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the busy city center. It is within walking distance of two railway stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice decoration and comfortable linen. The staff is friendly and helpful, even bringing water to the room. The breakfast is fabulous, and there are open terraces for guests to enjoy.

There were some small details that could be improved, such as the water pressure being low and the pillows being too smooth.

Located just outside of the city center, the hotel offers easy access to various restaurants, serving a range of delicious meals. We didn't have to worry about finding a place to eat as there were popular local establishments within walking distance. the bus stop right next to the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions without any hassle.

Sadly, the lack of power sockets in the room was quite inconvenient. We had to take turns charging our electronic devices, which can be frustrating in this digital age.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the professional welcome and the cleanliness of the hotel. The young lady who handled everything from check-in to serving breakfast was extremely helpful and efficient. The location was also great, making it easy for me to explore the area.
