The room was not only comfortable, but the stunning view made it even better. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a train station nearby. The staff treated us with such delightful care and even went above and beyond by delivering a parcel to our room without us having to ask.

The only suggestion I have to improve breakfast offerings would be to add a wider variety of fresh fruits.

The location is excellent with direct train access to and from Haneda Airport Terminal 3 and Yokohama Pacifico. JoinUs offers a variety of food options nearby. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet surroundings.

We had a delightful stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton. The spacious rooms and amazing breakfast catered to our needs perfectly. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even providing a cable to connect our phone to the TV. The concierge staff helped us with medical arrangements and transportation. The location near the train station was convenient, and the porters and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. The arrival of my parcel and the nearby convenience store were added bonuses.

The hotel's location is very convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to the metro and bullet train. the room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. the nearby shopping mall and variety of restaurants were a great addition, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options.

One downside we experienced was the service at the top floor bar. We were charged an entry fee despite being hotel guests, and the waiter's attitude was a bit rude.

My partner and I had a romantic escape in this hotel and it was fantastic. the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a lovely bath/shower and a separate walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, including both Western and Japanese options.

The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, making it a bit difficult to move around with our suitcases. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Our stay at the Yokohama Bay Sheraton was simply wonderful. We stayed for a few nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, making it feel luxurious. The room itself was the largest we've had in Japan, and the location couldn't be more perfect. Right across the street from Yokohama Station, we had easy access to department stores, food, and shopping. Additionally, the underground walkway was a great option for avoiding bad weather or simply taking a relaxing stroll.
