Holiday Inn Express in Carmel provided a spacious, clean, and updated room. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the room was quiet through the night. the location was ideal, surrounded by various dining options, stores, and shopping centers, all near the highway. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Westfield and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with neighboring businesses and a beautiful park right outside. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel important. The front desk manager, Nick, and the general manager, Calista, were extremely friendly and helpful. They addressed any concerns or questions we had promptly. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable, despite a minor issue with one of the beds. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were outstanding, very professional and friendly. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed, which ensured a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with a variety of nearby restaurants and grocery options. the fact that the hotel was adjacent to a park with walking trails was a definite advantage for outdoor enthusiasts.

The bathroom showed signs of age with cracked caulk and mold, and the shower head had a wet washcloth wrapped around it. the room felt damp and humid, with damp carpets and slightly moist bed covers.

We got great value for our money with a clean room and a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel, especially Daisia at the front desk, were exceptional and made us feel welcome.

The morning meal could be improved by ensuring that the breakfast area is kept clean and tidy by the staff.

The hotel also offered ample free parking, and the breakfast was delicious, especially thanks to the best pancake machine ever! Breakfast delights could be improved with a non-dairy milk option for the cereal and some fresh fruit. the breakfast was average, but the attendant was kind enough to prepare fresh eggs upon request.

The breakfast options were good, although the eggs could be improved by using real eggs instead of powdered or liquid eggs. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant check-in experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.
