The use of technology was overly complicated in the rooms and the coffee in the business center was expensive.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated right next to the metro and in a pleasant leafy square. It was so convenient to hop on the metro and explore the city. The service was top-notch, with amenities like 24-hour room service and housekeeping ensuring I had everything I needed. The rooms were modern and high-tech, with central controls for lights, blinds, and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, and I especially loved the electric blind and separate electric sun screen. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the view from my room on the 5th floor was stunning. the hotel had a great vibe and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was great too - it was walking distance to many attractions. I appreciated the fact that there were power outlets in the room to charge all my gadgets.

The room was noisy when the neighboring guests slammed the doors, which can be unpleasant especially during my holiday. The controls to regulate the light and temperature could be frustrating at times.

There were some issues with the room. On both stays, we encountered problems, such as the door not locking properly and the bathroom door not closing.
