During my recent stay at Green Lake Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing the fantastic location right next to the beautiful Green Lake. As a tourist, it was the perfect base for exploring the cultural activities and local urban life in the area. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, especially the intern working during breakfast who spoke perfect English. The breakfast options were excellent, and the pool with its retractable roof provided a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable with great minibar options, a lovely bath with a TV, and another TV in the bedroom with English channels. The airport shuttle was also very useful.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic customer service at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even finding someone who could speak English when needed. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that offered a beautiful view of the lake and park. The private lounge provided delicious snacks and drinks, and was a quieter place to enjoy breakfast. The live music in the lobby created a lovely atmosphere, while the tai chi practice in front of the hotel added a unique touch. The location was perfect, right along the lake and park.

The Western restaurant was not the best, but since I was in China, I preferred to eat Chinese food anyway. the gym was a bit small and old-fashioned, but the swimming pool made up for it.
