Spent New Year at this hotel and had an amazing time! the room was clean and cozy, with a great view of the surroundings. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. the location was perfect, just off the main street and close to everything we needed. We also enjoyed the convenience of the pickup and drop-off service provided by the hotel.

The swimming pool water was not warm enough for a comfortable swim. Additionally, the bar was not open when we returned from dinner in town, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities at Boutique Hotel Albana Real were excellent, especially for a tourist like myself. I loved the ski storage and boot drier, as it made it convenient to store my gear. The bar was also a nice touch, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of everything.

Three excellent in-house restaurants with knowledgeable and hospitable staff. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the room. Comfortable beds and well-handled saunas.

I had a fantastic time at Boutique Hotel Albana Real - Restaurants & Spa. The room I stayed in was lovely, with two porches and even a view of the Matterhorn. The woodwork in the room was beautifully designed and the bathroom felt spacious. The free Wi-Fi on the ground floor was a convenient bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious, especially the well-served dinner in the ship-themed restaurant. I had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Boutique Hotel Albana Real - Restaurants & Spa to others.

I had a great stay with all the facilities needed. The service from the reception was excellent and the spa treatment was good. There was even a live band on Saturday evening. I also enjoyed the two great Asian restaurants if I wanted a break from traditional Swiss fare. The hotel's location was perfect, with a public bus stop just 20 meters away and a hotel shuttle to the train station for a reasonable price. The hotel had everything I needed and offered a great value for money. Plus, the direct view of the Matterhorn was amazing.

The location was perfect, with easy access to most attractions, restaurants, and skiing areas on the "Cervin" mountain base. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a clear sight of the Matterhorn. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was just what we needed after a long day of skiing. The hotel facilities, particularly the saunas and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist and provide information on skiing and other activities. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh made omelettes and a wide variety of options.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the main road, station, and cable car for Mount Matterhorn.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the shower in our room was not up to par.

Our stay at the Hotel Albana Real was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our trip special. The spa facilities were lovely and provided a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The restaurants in the hotel were amazing, especially the Japanese restaurant which offered both Teppanyaki and sushi. The Japanese restaurant is definitely the best in town. a 5-star experience that we would highly recommend.
