I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. With its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and impressive amenities, it truly exceeded my expectations.

the staff, from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff, were super motivated, highly professional, and incredibly friendly. the hotel itself was in an excellent location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, the railway station, and the airport. the room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed. the facilities, including the spa and pool, were also affordable. it was a great value for money and the staff made the atmosphere excellent.

Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, this hotel offers easy access to the heart of Porto, just a short distance away across the river. Public transport options are available nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the city and the sea.

One small downside was the slightly high prices at the bar, but that can be easily overlooked considering the overall pleasant experience.

I had a truly excellent stay at Holiday Inn Porto Gaia! The rooms were lovely and spacious, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking 180-degree view overlooking the city and the sea from the duplex suite. The restaurant and bar had a very cozy atmosphere with live music, making it the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The hotel had a good location with easy access to nearby tourist spots. the breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a lot of options to choose from. the views from the higher floors were amazing, especially during the New Year festivities. the room was quite spacious with very comfortable beds.

The hotel staff were not very accommodating, especially during the New Year’s Eve celebration. the dinner buffet was overpriced as it had limited options, not even including vegetarian dishes.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Porto Gaia for a quick business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant and bar were also fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks.
