Our recent stay at a hotel in Ponta Delgada was fantastic. The location was perfect, with the airport only a short drive away and many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room on the 4th floor had a lovely view of the port from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The cleanliness and safety measures were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local dishes and delicious pastries. we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

I recently had the most incredible hotel experience. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close to the center of town. I loved that it was near the new highways, which made it easy to explore the rest of the island. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, recommending great restaurants and activities. The included breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the stunning view from my room. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a large selection of TV shows and movies to enjoy in the room.

The limited on-site parking. However, the staff took responsibility and provided alternate parking when it became available.

I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Ponta Delgada. the staff at Grand Hotel Acores Atlantico were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate my whole family, which consisted of members ranging from 8 months old to 70 years old. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also catered to the needs of our young kids by setting up special toiletries and providing crayons and coloring books during meals. It was a truly welcoming and family-friendly environment. the breakfast buffet at the hotel was one of the best I've ever had, with a great variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the harbor and a natural swimming pool. it was a top-notch experience.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always pleasant and polite. They couldn't do enough to help and provided helpful tips and advice about excursions and nearby restaurants. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was lovely, with a selection of traditional foods to try.

One negative aspect was that the hotel had difficulty finding our reservation, causing some initial confusion. However, the staff were super pleasant and did their best to assist us.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. After a long day of exploring, you can relax and enjoy a casual luncheon in Ponta Delgada. Don't forget to visit the peer of Ponta Delgada, where you might catch a glimpse of a big old style sailing vessel or immense cruise boats.

There is no iron in the room and the only way to iron your clothes is to order laundry service.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including smoked salmon, parma ham, cheeses. It was a filling meal and we hardly needed lunch. The staff at the hotel were attentive and provided a warm welcome. They were always helpful and ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel had a great ocean view and our room had a sunny balcony. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep.

One downside was the lack of an outdoor pool or areas to enjoy the sunny days. However, the indoor pool was a pleasant alternative for a relaxing swim.
