We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location at the top of a very steep hill provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, as well as the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, balcony. The garden furniture on the balcony allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and snack bar offering a variety of delicious meals and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had a memorable dining experience. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness centre, swimming pools, jacuzzi, and beach access. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations, quality service, and stunning location.

The location was ideal, with a short walk to the town center and beautiful sea views from the balcony. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. we had a great experience and would not hesitate to book a stay at Do Cerro again if we visit Portugal in the future.

The hotel charged for almost everything, including use of the safe and a small container of ice. The dinner was very disappointing and lacked refinement.

The friendly staff were always on hand to help and eager to please. Our room was spacious and kept very clean during our stay. The hotel offered a well-equipped gym, which my partner particularly enjoyed using.

The hills surrounding the hotel were extremely steep, making it exhausting to walk to the beach and the old square. The bed in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, leading to restless nights.
