We had a fantastic time at Hotel Do Chiado. Our stay was for 4 nights and the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious with a lovely terrace and great views. The breakfast spread was extensive and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary birthday upgrade and champagne bottle. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and convenient location.

The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable furniture and good lighting. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city center, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions.

We were disappointed with the lack of amenities in the room, such as an iron and ice. Additionally, the hotel was not very helpful with arranging transportation or making dinner reservations.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in the heart of a charming district. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of the city and the premium room was spacious and modern, with a large terrace and comfortable bed. The helpful manager even managed to book us a table at a nearby restaurant. We can't wait to come back and enjoy breakfast on the terrace!

The reception staff, Senhor Alberto and Levi, were wonderful and gave us helpful tips. The breakfast in bed was a nice touch, with a different artisan cake each day. The cleaning lady, Cindy, did a fantastic job. The location is perfect, with most things within walking distance and fantastic views from the bar.
