Had a neat stay, but the breakfast lacked variety and it was a hassle getting more coffee. Room was spacious and clean. Chur, the staff were awesome!

Jolled in the city for 3 nights, and the brekkie was a lekker spread! Staff were super friendly and helped us find amazing restaurants nearby. The room was comfy and modern—loved it!

Though some areas had slow WiFi, it didn’t take away from the fun we had exploring.

The staff was genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to provide

support and recommendations. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, but I found the bathroom chilly at times. Breakfast could use better service as tables were often not cleared fast enough, but the coffee left much to be desired.

Noise from the street was unbearable at night!!! The slow elevator service felt more like a workout than convenience!!! There's a serious need for some hot water consistency!!! And let’s talk about those overpriced mini bar items!!!

The breakfast had diverse options and was very fulfilling.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lisboa, exploring Praça dos Restauradores within a leisurely walk. The kids loved the breakfast buffet—plenty of tasty choices fueled our adventures through the city. The staff really made us feel at home and took great care of our family.

My kids wished for more activities for families on-site.

I recently enjoyed my stay for three nights, where the room was comfy and tidy, and breakfast had a solid variety that kept us fueled for our adventures.
