During our recent stay at a hotel in Houston, we were delighted by the modern and clean facilities. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Additionally, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the delicious blueberry muffins.

The staff was welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. They had warm smiles and did a great job of taking care of us. the hotel's location was perfect, very close to the outlet and it was quiet with plenty of parking available. the room looked exactly like the pictures and everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms.

The location was perfect, as it was near restaurants, an outlet mall, and Prairie View A&M University. The hotel itself was exceptional, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff provided excellent service and the amenities were basic but sufficient. it was a modern and comfortable hotel.

Clean and modern accommodations with excellent decor and efficient air conditioning. Friendly and welcoming staff who promptly assisted us with a room change due to noisy neighbors. Enjoyable breakfast with delicious waffles. a great place to stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near a big outlet, perfect for some Christmas shopping. the room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was clean, which made for a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered fresh waffles and fresh fruit, which was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and the check-in process was easy and quick. There was also a spacious parking lot, making it convenient for guests with their own cars.

One downside was that the walls were thin, and I could hear conversations from the neighboring room late at night, which was a bit disruptive. Another inconvenience was getting to the hotel, as there was only one entrance and I had to navigate through a strip of shops to find the parking lot.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy and I had plenty of room in the regular king size room. The adjustable shower head was a nice touch and I could easily control the room temperature. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby restaurants, an outlet mall, and Prairie View A&M University.

The only downside was that the shower door opened on the opposite side, which made it a bit challenging to warm up the shower without getting drenched.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the welcoming and helpful staff. the room had adequate space and the air conditioning unit worked well, providing a comfortable environment.

There were a couple of issues that affected our experience. there were some cleanliness issues in our room, with hair found in the corners of the bathroom and dust in certain areas.

The abundance of pillows and blackout curtains that actually worked were a definite plus. The breakfast setup in the front area was nice and convenient. The hotel staff made us feel welcome with their warm smiles, allowing us to relax and even take a swim after a long journey. It felt like being part of their family!

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to several popular shopping centers, including the Houston Premium Outlet and a variety of restaurants. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with several options to choose from.

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing in the rooms, which can make sleeping challenging for light sleepers.

This hotel was a real surprise! the location is perfect, it's close to everything: shops, restaurants and the Premium Outlet! Secondly, the staff was really attentive and polite even though there were some issues with the phone and front desk. Prices are fair and offer good value for money. Lastly, the rooms had everything I needed including some quick bites for when I was in a rush!

All in all, I had a great stay and there was nothing to complain about.

Navigating to the hotel was a bit of a challenge. There was no clear signage or directions, so we found ourselves lost and confused.
