We love the hotel's fantastic location on Rua do Arco do Marquês de Alegrete, just steps away from popular attractions and public transport, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and modern decor that enhance our stay.

The front desk staff could be more engaging and friendly during check-in.

i was almost inclined to love this place if only the staff was not an absolute nightmare. the breakfast room is a chaotic playground of newbies who would rather clean my table while i'm still eating than provide decent service. pillows too soft, a real joke! a complimentary gesture wouldve been the least i expected given these mishaps. tacky.

Welcoming atmosphere, fantastic if you want to enjoy local culture with great dining nearby and efficient transport options just steps away.

I enjoyed the breakfast with a range of options. The location had easy access to the metro and key attractions. It was unfortunate that the front desk staff had a rude approach, especially when I arrived early and couldn't get a map or WiFi info. Being from New York, I expect a different kind of hospitality. Despite this, the atmosphere and the local dining nearby made the stay pleasant overall.

The location is excellent, right in the historical center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff provided great service, and the breakfast included tasty bread toasts that were a pleasant way to start the day. However, the front desk staff lacked friendliness, which detracted from the overall experience, especially during check-in when the key card didn’t work. It's a mixed bag, and while the positives are notable, the customer service needs improvement.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could have been more spacious.

the breakfast layout was a bit cramped. but the room was spacious with a great view. loved the refreshing shower. and the air conditioning was super effective.

this hotel is in a great spot, right in the old town. it was real easy to get around to cafes and shops. the room was nice and clean, and the shower was amazing! had a solid breakfast for just 10E. staff were pretty helpful too, which made things easier.

The safe box played hide-and-seek, and the lobby had a scent that could clear a room! Thankfully, the AC saved us from the aromatic situation!

Perfect Stay in Lisbon's Heart!

Our stay was memorable! The hotel was surrounded by excellent dining options and just steps away from the famous Tram 28. The room was very clean, with fresh towels daily, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. Pro tip, book your airport taxi with the front desk for savings!

the location is fantastic for exploring, making connections easy to major points of interest. staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great advice on tours and nearby dining spots. breakfast variety was enjoyed, with many options over our stay. 🌟

The location is just ideal , right by Rossio square. The breakfast was continental , lots of choices and fresh , I especially loved the pastries with my coffee in the morning.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but for what you get , it’s definitely worth it.
