The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic! the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary bottle of wine and festive treats in the room were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and included plenty of options. What we enjoyed the most was the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel right at home.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the size of the room, which felt a bit cramped, especially with our luggage. the bed was also a bit uncomfortable, and we could feel the springs.
