The service at this place was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff available. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotless, and the laundry service was efficient and convenient. The hotel even offered an airport shuttle service, which was a great bonus for me.

The room at Novotel was exceptional - comfortable bed, large bathroom, very clean. The balcony offered great views and was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The continental breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options and the staff was extremely friendly. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and close to many interesting sites. Our room had a small fridge which was great for keeping drinks cold.

The room was a bit small and outdated. the air conditioning didn't seem to work well which made the room a bit stuffy at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Parma Centro. The warm and friendly welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of exploring. The hotel's proximity to all the sights was a major plus, as I was able to walk to everything easily. Free parking and Wi-Fi were also a bonus. The receptionist recommended a restaurant called "Trattoria Corrieri" and it was absolutely fantastic – the ravioli was the best I've ever tasted. excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Parma.

I felt secure with the safe provided. the cleaning staff were polite and maintained the room to a high standard. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short and safe walk away from the main shopping streets and historic old town. Another highlight was the delicious coffee served at breakfast, which was plentiful and included fresh fruit. the hotel also had a large garage, making it easy to park without having to drive through restricted zones. I found it to be an excellent hotel for the price.
