Great location and great staff. We stayed here twice during our Portugal trip and found the location wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel that maintains that style and character. The price point is very fair for the service and accommodations. It is located on Rossio square with great views of the castle. It is busy area which includes noise but we found it to provide many more positives than negatives. We plan to return and feel some of the reviews are not reflective of the property. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

The location was great, very central and close to the metro which made it easy to get around the city. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any issues. Plus, the view from the front of the hotel overlooking the square was lovely, even when it was raining.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location is excellent, right in the near center and on a hill with great views of the castle. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with lots of advice on exploring this city. The breakfast provided was quite convenient with a good variety of food. I also found the transportation to be very easy, with the hotel being located right next to a train terminal and a metro station.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a central location with easy access to shops and restaurants in Rossio Square. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
