The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of this lively town. Just a stone's throw away from the bus station, it was incredibly convenient for exploring Amarante and the surrounding areas.

We traveled to the north of Portugal for a wedding and stayed at a hotel in a central location. The rooms were clean and comfortable with en-suite WC. The staff, though not particularly nice, were helpful. It's a nice and affordable place to stay in town. I would recommend this hotel.

Best aspects? Excellent location in a charming historic town, close to shops and great food options. the room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and a nice balcony. the breakfast was fabulous, with a variety of fresh fruit, cheese, bread, and hot dishes.

Worst aspects? There were a few minor complaints, such as the lack of hairdryer or noisiness of some other rooms, but overall it was a positive experience.
