The value for money at Porta Do Sol Conference & Spa was excellent. The room had a relaxing balcony overlooking the pool and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was amazing, with beautiful river views and easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, right in front of the river, with a brilliant view. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities, such as the spa and gym, were great. The breakfast spread was wonderful, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel is close to wonderful beaches in the area, perfect for a day of sun and relaxation.

The room was quiet and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. We also enjoyed renting SUPs and kayaks on the river, just 800 meters from the hotel, at reasonable rates.

We had an amazing experience at this place! The view of the river Minho was absolutely stunning, with Galicia just across the water. The spacious and comfortable rooms provided us with the perfect retreat. The pool and spa facilities were a great added bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind.

Enjoyed the New Year break, great views overlooking the river. We loved the spacious room and the spa facilities that were offered. the location was perfect, being close to local restaurants and shops and just a short walk from the beach.

The Wi-Fi was poor and unreliable at times. It would have also been nice to have had some fresh fruit or flavoured water available in the spa area.

A very nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights. We traveled around the north of Spain for a week and needed a quiet place to relax before exploring Portugal. The spa area with pools was great, and the outdoor pool was refreshing. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food, although some of the cooked items could have been hotter. The spa was relaxing, and the massages were excellent. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, with a beautiful river view and easy access to everything.
