I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect as it was situated on the beach and next to a beautiful lake. The proximity to these stunning natural surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. From the front desk clerk who went above and beyond to show me around and order me a taxi, to the bartender Pedro who always made sure I had a great time at the poolside bar. Lastly, the rooms with the kitchenette and small garden were a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed having the convenience of a kitchenette and the peacefulness of a private garden space.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and tranquil atmosphere. the breakfast was satisfactory and the staff was very helpful. the room was clean and spacious, and we particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the view of the nearby lagoon.

The hotel is starting to show its age with outdated furnishings and facilities. the noise levels in the hallway were also a bit disruptive to our relaxing stay.

We had a lovely relaxing break at this large property. The beautiful site and quiet location were just what we needed. The pools were clean and not crowded, and the nearby beach was stunning. The staff spoke various languages and were very nice, even accommodating our gluten-free food request with a special meal. The breakfast options were plentiful and the bar prices were reasonable. We also appreciated the free bicycles, despite them needing some repairs.

Despite a few downsides, my Easter stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. I particularly liked the spacious and clean rooms, which were a great value for the price. the outdoor pools were also a highlight, creating a nice impression and offering a refreshing place to relax and swim. the large property provided plenty of walking paths and sitting areas outside, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

There were a couple of aspects that could use improvement. the hotel seemed a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.
