I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Krakow. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Despite some small issues with the curtains not fitting properly, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. The location was great, with easy access to the Old Town and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and pleasant stay experience.

We had a brilliant stay at Old Time. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and all the staff, especially the lady on reception, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

Everything great.

We're old people and we loved the homy and empire style vibe of the room. The one-matress bed was nice and the bathroom had beautiful tiling. The wood imitation tiles added a delightful touch and the old exposed roof beams gave the room character. Despite the odd angles, the room was well-framed. It was really quiet at night, except for occasional noise from guests in the hallway. We enjoyed waking up to the soothing sound of rain on the roof window, and the cozy atmosphere it created. The late check-out deadline of 12 was a nice bonus. The reception staff also had good English skills.

We felt safe and had no complaints at all.
