The location of this hotel is top, next to the beach and the best local coffee place in town. The service and staff were great, providing basic amenities and clean rooms that were large, comfortable, and clean.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Santa Cruz in Silveira. The large beds in the spacious room were very comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly towards our baby boy. The hotel's location in the pedestrian zone of Santa Cruz, just a few hundred meters from the sea, was perfect. Parking was also convenient, with a lot behind the hotel available for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money and wonderful atmosphere.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Huge balcony. Okay and abundant breakfast with great bread, toaster, and pancake machine. Convenient location near the beach and good barbecue places. Just some inconvenience with charging phone. a good spot with everything needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Santa Cruz for a few nights with my son. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. There were also plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, including a supermarket and ATM machines. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. I highly recommend visiting Santa Cruz between October and April when it's less crowded and truly a paradise for the eyes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room at Hotel Santa Cruz. The huge balcony provided a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was satisfying, especially the delicious bread and the pancake machine. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of furniture on the balcony and the mixed juice at breakfast, overall I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

We loved the balcony, comfortable bed, and good pillows in our standard room. The breakfast was basic but enough, and the staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in, were wonderful. The highlight of our stay was the amazing drummer band parade right outside our room, giving us the best view!

The clean rooms, although in need of bathroom renovations, provided a comfortable stay. The dinners were delicious, and the waiter was great. The hotel's proximity to the beach and surfing school was convenient. The city itself is beautiful, with plenty of cafes and a friendly atmosphere. The beach was fantastic, with wide sandy shores and stunning rock formations in the ocean.

The hotel is very close to the beautiful beaches, making it convenient to walk down to the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with a large room and large beds providing a comfortable stay. The parking lot behind the hotel was perfect, as parking in the streets was not an option.

It was lovely to relax on the balcony with a low table, enjoying the view.
