The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with daily cleaning service and fresh towels provided. The breakfast had a good selection, and it was nice to enjoy it on the terrace. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

There were some noise issues in the room due to the high ceiling, and the lack of outside lighting made it difficult to find the lock at night.

The mansion has a unique ambiance, beautiful gardens, and interesting interior design. The staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed regularly. The breakfast in the sun-lit hall was delightful.

The Secret Garden Relais in Piano di Sorrento was a great find for a weekend getaway. The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautiful lemon grove surrounding the hotel to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a private external bathroom and a brand new air conditioning unit, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The views of the lovely garden from some of the rooms are simply breathtaking.
