Clean hotel in a great area.

I had a frustrating time dealing with the lack of amenities. I expected basic things like a kettle for tea or coffee, and was disappointed to find there were none. The air conditioning in my room was a hassle. it stopped functioning whenever I left, making it uncomfortable to return. Additionally, the bathroom design was impractical and not very private, which was awkward. My room was not cleaned for two days, and when I requested it, they only offered to clean at inconvenient times for me.

Perfectly located for exploring the city! Our budget room was surprisingly comfy with extra pillows, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver amidst the heat. Shoutout to the lovely receptionist who lent us a plug adapter!

But good luck finding enough power outlets—had to play hide and seek with them! And those stairs to the reception? Not exactly a leisurely stroll with luggage!

Central location made it easy to explore attractions on foot. The room had good space for relaxing, and Wi-Fi worked well.

I spent three nights in this hotel tucked away in central Porto. I appreciated the clean room and the easy access to many attractions, which made my sightseeing enjoyable. One downside was the bathroom design with glass walls. it didn’t provide much privacy. I had a little challenge with the blackout curtains since they didn’t block all the light during sunrise, which made it tough for me to sleep in. As a single traveler from New York, I still found the experience positive overall.

The location is ideal, being right in the center. major attractions are within a short stroll. cleaning staff is attentive, ensuring rooms are tidy and fresh. loved the 24-hour front desk for assistance! 😊

this hotel was in a super location, felt really central which was perfect since we could walk to most places. the staff was super nice and welcoming. having a room that faced the square was such a bonus! it really added to the whole experience. the price was great for what we got, better than other hotels around.

but the breakfast was kinda lame, like they could have done better. also, the wi-fi was a bit sketchy and I had to pay for it, which was annoying.
