Some parts of the hotel were in need of renovation. The room we initially received had issues with damp and flaking plaster, but the management promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a better room.

The view from our room at Hotel Graal was absolutely stunning, exceeding our expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great, even accommodating an early breakfast for us. The pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel!
