Staying at Graal was a dream come true! Upon arrival, the warm and friendly staff offered to store our luggage so we could enjoy the pool while waiting for our room. And oh, what a view! The pool and terrace had the most amazing views of the bay, and the attentive staff made sure we had everything we needed. Some parts of the hotel were in need of renovation. The room we initially received had issues with damp and flaking plaster, but the management promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a better room.
