I had bought a pizza from outside, and even though it had cooled down, they gladly warmed it up for me and provided cutlery. The efficiency and problem-solving skills of the staff impressed me, ensuring a great experience. The hotel location was convenient and the rooms were clean and modern. The location was convenient being near a metro station and easy access to public transport. The hotel had a lovely bar/dining area, perfect for a hangout with friends. The rooms were clean and the hairdryer was fantastic.

I recently had a great stay at a centrally-located hotel in Porto. The hotel, Ibis, offered an amazing location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room was spacious, although the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pastel de nata. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. I had a positive experience and would consider staying again in the future.
