I had bought a pizza from outside, and even though it had cooled down, they gladly warmed it up for me and provided cutlery. The efficiency and problem-solving skills of the staff impressed me, ensuring a great experience. The hotel location was convenient and the rooms were clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness.

The location was convenient being near a metro station and easy access to public transport. the hotel had a lovely bar/dining area, perfect for a hangout with friends. the rooms were clean and the hairdryer was fantastic.

The bathroom was a bit small and water splashed out during showers. While the toilet had the essential needs, the water leaked out from the shower box which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I recently had a great stay at a centrally-located hotel in Porto. the hotel, Ibis, offered an amazing location with plenty of restaurants and shops around. the room was spacious, although the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pastel de nata. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. I had a positive experience and would consider staying again in the future.
