We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this lovely hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was gorgeous with a European feel, double windows, and a huge bed that was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Printworks and the northern quarter bars. The staff treated us with professionalism and our overall experience was top-notch.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety and options.

The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the centre of the city and to Victoria train station which was very convenient for us to get to the airport. We really appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help. We also found the rooms to be comfortable and clean, and enjoyed having a TV with plenty of channels.

We did find that there weren't enough towels provided in the room and we had to keep calling the reception for fresh ones.

Got two free drinks at check-in, great location close to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Water spilled onto the floor and the water pressure was low. The hotel was also located next to a construction site which made it noisy.
