I recently had the pleasure of staying at a first-class, 5-star hotel in Lisbon. the newly remodeled room was beautifully designed and offered a perfect balance between comfort and quality. I particularly loved the "pillow menu" that allowed me to choose pillows that suited my preferences. the location, just on the edge of the historic old town and across from Eduardo VII park, was fantastic. I enjoyed leisurely walks along wide, pedestrian thoroughfares, surrounded by grand old trees. the attentive staff even went above and beyond by providing me with sudoku puzzles when I ran out. Their attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a top-notch Lisbon experience.

The quick taxi ride from the airport was a bonus, and we were grateful that our room was ready early, allowing us to start our vacation on a positive note.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room I stayed in was spacious and perfect for a family of four. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast provided was exquisite, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right across the street from the lush green Eduardo VII Park, was a major highlight for me.

We had a pleasant stay at a well-maintained hotel with a great view. the staff was helpful and directed us to a wonderful café nearby. the location was convenient, not far from city facilities but still peaceful. the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed easy access to the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. Intercontinental provided a perfect experience for my husband and me.

The hotel is located at an excellent location in the park, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still within walking distance of main streets like Avenida da Liberdade. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The desk in the room was very useful for working on my laptop. The staff were extremely helpful and the valet parking service was convenient. The Club Intercontinental Lounge offered a great selection of drinks and snacks. The breakfast provided ample options and the hotel restaurant served the best dinner I had in this city.

Comfortable and stylish stay with a stunning city view. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the service was excellent. Despite a small hiccup with the aircon, the manager resolved it promptly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the Chef's Table with its unique twist on Portuguese dishes. Also enjoyed the exclusive breakfast area, happy hour, and snacks throughout the day. The Bairro Alto transformed into a lively nightlife center, perfect for dining, drinking, and dancing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but if I had to nitpick, the tiles in the restaurant didn't quite match my outfit. Such a tragedy.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to reach by car from the airport. It is also situated near a beautiful park, offering a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed with great views over the city. The service is commendable, especially at breakfast, where the staff is attentive and accommodating.

The constant noise from ongoing renovations on the upper floors of the hotel was a major drawback, making it challenging to relax and enjoy our stay.

The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a cozy bed. the hotel's location was convenient, close to a park and a subway station. the staff at the club lounge provided excellent service and delicious food, making it one of the best lounges I've been to.

The check-in staff could have been more informative about the hotel's facilities. the room had a curtain across the wall that made it look darker and gave a misleading impression of a bigger window.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The desk was useful for working on my laptop. The bathroom had everything we needed, and the shower was great. The staff was helpful and valet parking was convenient.
