I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room I stayed in was spacious and perfect for a family of four. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast provided was exquisite, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right across the street from the lush green Eduardo VII Park, was a major highlight for me.

The hotel is located at an excellent location in the park, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still within walking distance of main streets like Avenida da Liberdade. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The desk in the room was very useful for working on my laptop. The staff were extremely helpful and the valet parking service was convenient. The Club Intercontinental Lounge offered a great selection of drinks and snacks. The breakfast provided ample options and the hotel restaurant served the best dinner I had in this city.

The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a cozy bed. the hotel's location was convenient, close to a park and a subway station. the staff at the club lounge provided excellent service and delicious food, making it one of the best lounges I've been to.

The check-in staff could have been more informative about the hotel's facilities. the room had a curtain across the wall that made it look darker and gave a misleading impression of a bigger window.

We stayed at the Intercontinental for our Windstar cruise and couldn't be happier. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff recommended a fantastic cafe just around the corner for coffee and pastries. We also loved the convenient location near Eduardo VII Park and the easy access to the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. The hotel offered a superb continental breakfast and the room was spacious and clean. The lobby, "My oh My" pastry shop, and room ambiance were all delightful.

Impeccable service and a comfortable spacious room with great views. During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, courteous, and professional staff. They genuinely cared about providing the best possible service and made me feel like the only guest at the hotel. One specific instance that stood out was when I asked if there was peanut butter for breakfast, and on the second and third mornings, Joao personally delivered a dish of peanut butter to my table. This level of personalized care was impressive and made my stay memorable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, near everything. Despite the lack of a swimming pool, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly, nice, and helpful. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the uphill walk from public transportation and the need for room uplift, these were outweighed by the positives of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
