Spacious rooms and comfy vibes

The rooms are really big and clean, plus the beds were super comfy! Loved having a little kitchenette, too. The pool and hot tub were great to relax in after a long day. Staff were friendly, which is always nice. Just wish the elevator was working, since we had to use the service one.

The hotel's decoration exuded warmth and charm, with cozy seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for us senior folks, with comfortable seating and clear signage. The hotel's location on Highway 97 also made it convenient for exploring the surrounding natural beauty, providing stunning views of the Cascade Mountain Range and Klamath Lake.

A better vacation for senior people would only be improved by having the children of the staff provide more assistance with luggage and navigating the hotel premises.

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and was pleased with the convenient access to laundry facilities, a gym, and a business center. The complimentary wired Internet access was a plus for staying connected and productive during my work trip.

The one service I missed for my work was a lack of a hot breakfast offering to kickstart my day before the town hall meeting.

the staff at Shilo Inn was fantastic and the location was very convenient. the rooms were extremely spacious, with a separate lounge area from the bedroom. I loved having a TV in each area and the wet bar was a nice added touch. the hotel also had a well-maintained facility, which just added to the overall positive experience.

Conveniently located on the first floor with a non-carpeted room, perfect for pet owners. The room was clean, smelled clean, and had a comfortable bed. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The free WIFI was unreliable and kept disconnecting. The restaurant/bar was closed during our stay, but there were other dining options nearby.

The Shilo Inn Suites Klamath Falls provided spacious and clean rooms, offering a comfortable retreat after our adventures at Klamath Falls Skatepark and Running Y Ranch Golf Course. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and 24-hour gym, giving us all plenty of recreational options at the hotel.

My wife says that having a more diverse and substantial breakfast offering would greatly enhance the family experience, catering to the varied tastes and energy needs of our children.

The breakfast was included and had a good variety of options like eggs, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, fruit, and juice. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern feel. The indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were a great bonus to the stay. One thing to note is that the chairs rolled back easily due to the hardwood floor. I would recommend the Shilo Inn for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location up a slope was absolutely breathtaking. I could admire the stunning view of the lake from my spacious room. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette and a separate sitting area where I could relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly helpful and the free breakfast they provided was excellent, much better than what you typically find in other hotels. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.
