The room was cozy and comfortable, with big windows and a small balcony offering a lovely view of the lake. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a small buffet including delicious pancakes with fresh fruits. Another advantage was the convenient location, close to the bus station and within walking distance of Villa del Balbianello.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with spiderwebs and dust in various areas.

azzano holidays b&b in mezzegra was even better than before- exceeded expectations on a day tour. room with balcony and mountain view was beautiful. friendly staff and great location near bus stop and lake.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, airy, and appeared to be newly renovated. The decor was very attractive, and I especially loved the balcony with its amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right across the street, making it easy to explore the beautiful area and visit the nearby cities around the central lake. The hotel also provided free parking, which was very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

No elevator, had to navigate a super-narrow staircase to reach our room. Room facing a public square, which was noisy until late at night.

Gorgeous balcony view, good value, comfortable with air conditioning and heating. Local bar/cafe, quiet rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Convenient location with bus stop and ferry stations nearby. Lake just a minute walk away, restaurants and pizza takeaway close. Giant beams, double balconies, clean room. Small cafe on first floor. Large, airy, brand new room with attractive decor. Balcony with great mountain view. Welcoming and helpful staff, even provided dinner when restaurant was closed.
