The service at check-in was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us great recommendations and even called restaurants to make reservations for us. The hotel itself had a charming mix of old-world charm and modern style, creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The location was also a key highlight, as it was centrally located and made it easy for us to explore the city. Moreover, the hotel offered free walking tours right outside, which were a wonderful way to discover Lisbon.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The first was the issue with the strong smell of sewage coming from the drains in our room.

I loved the personalized communication via WhatsApp, it felt really special. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the tram system and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options within a short walk. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. The room lacked some basic amenities like face cloths and a coffee/tea maker, which was a bit disappointing.

The housekeeping was prompt and the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a made-to-order option that was absolutely splendid.
