The service at check-in was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They gave us great recommendations and even called restaurants to make reservations for us. The hotel itself had a charming mix of old-world charm and modern style, creating a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The location was also a key highlight, as it was centrally located and made it easy for us to explore the city. Moreover, the hotel offered free walking tours right outside, which were a wonderful way to discover Lisbon.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The first was the issue with the strong smell of sewage coming from the drains in our room.

I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. I loved the personalized communication via WhatsApp, it felt really special. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the tram system and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options within a short walk. the highlight for me was the delicious breakfast spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room lacked some basic amenities like face cloths and a coffee/tea maker, which was a bit disappointing. the bathroom was small and dark, and the artwork in the room didn't match the cheerful images I had seen on the hotel's website.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was an amazing experience. the location is perfect! It's right in front of a historic plaza, which gives such great vibes. Additionally, the major tourist attractions are all within walking distance. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was prompt and the room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a made-to-order option that was absolutely splendid.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Occasionally the elevator was out of order, which could be inconvenient. the room was quite noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
