The hotel is located in a super convenient spot, right next to Myeongdong shopping district, an Airport Bus stop and the awesome Lotte Department Store Food court. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. Plus, breakfast is included which is always a plus!

We stayed in a hotel next to a huge department store, with lots of shopping opportunities nearby, and the Myeongdong night market was a blast. The hotel was conveniently located near the subway for easy transportation. The room was clean, with nice bathrooms and good service. Breakfast was well-prepared and tasty. The hotel facilities were modern and convenient, with friendly staff providing excellent customer service.

The hotel charged a fee for early check-in, which was frustrating as we had to pay to access our room a few hours early.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect with easy access to an awesome food court at Lotte Department Store and the lively Myeongdong shopping area. The Euljiro1 train station was also just a short walk away. The staff provided amazing service from dry cleaning to tours, and the room amenities were top-notch including an ironing board and mini-bar. The hotel restaurant had great food and the staff were always helpful. The gym was also a plus!

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, right next to Lotte Young Plaza and across the road from Lotte Department Store and the main shopping street of Myeongdong. As old people, we appreciated the short walking distance to City Hall and Eujiro subway stations, as well as Myeongdong station, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The 3-minute walk to the 6701 airport shuttle was also a plus. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel safe and well taken care of. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring we started our day on a delicious note. The bedroom was a decent size and the bathroom was spacious, providing us with the comfort and convenience we needed.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was perfect for shopping and trying out delicious street foods. The nearby metro stations made it easy to explore other attractions. The staff, although their English wasn't the best, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early without any extra fees. The room we stayed in was clean, modern, and had a pleasant smell. As a solo traveler, I found the room size to be just right.

I stayed at Crown Park for over a month for work & leisure. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were modern and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location in the center of the city was perfect, close to the subway and shopping. The breakfasts were nice and the dinner was delicious. The laundry room on the 3rd floor was convenient. Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

Very quiet room with comfortable beds. Great location near beautiful palaces and sites. Late night fried chicken and beer close by. Helpful and professional hotel staff. Clean, well-equipped room with amenities like towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Stylishly decorated with a sense of luxury.

Wow, I had a great Thanksgiving at this hotel! Two perks that I enjoyed most were the complementary breakfast and the stunning view from my room. The location is also spot on, just a few steps from a big department store, cafes and shops. Something I also appreciated is the attention of the staff, who were very welcoming and attentive to me and other guests.

There were some downsides to my experience at the hotel. One of them was the lack of soundproofing in the room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
