This hotel is located in the stunning Douro Valley, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards and river. It is a perfect base for exploring the local wineries and enjoying the peacefulness of the area. The rooms are modern and well-designed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. Guests can also enjoy the fantastic on-site facilities, such as the lovely pool overlooking the valley and the heated inside pool. The breakfast is amazing, with a variety of delicious options.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel nestled in the heart of a vineyard. The spacious rooms were modern, well-designed, and offered sweeping views of the valley. We loved waking up to the tranquil ambiance, complemented by the delicious breakfast and the excellent service staff in the restaurant. The key location advantage was the quietness and the escape from the city's hustle and bustle. One more advantage was the efficiency of the check-in process.

The external pool area was poorly maintained, with dry grass, disorganized sun loungers, and scattered sunshade, which led to a sub-standard appearance. the dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not worth the money spent.

I had a fantastic stay at Mw Douro Wine & Spa Experience Hotel Collection. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful, and I loved having a spacious balcony to relax on. The heated inside pool was a treat, and I enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh juices and a wide variety of delicious food. The bed in my room was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.

While the restaurant had some standout dishes, there were a couple of meals that didn't quite meet expectations. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the sink in my room not draining properly, which wasn't addressed during my stay.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast with a beautiful view of the valley. The staff were extremely friendly and tried very hard to please. The hotel had a good location and the rooms were comfortable and modern.

The hotel is absolutely luxurious. From the stunning sun terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding valley to the relaxing indoor swimming pool, every exclusive amenity was accounted for. The Spa & wellness centre was a standout, with a professional massage and facial service that truly left me feeling pampered. The restaurant offered delicious dinner choices with impeccable service, and the special attention to dietary needs was appreciated.

The only minor issue I found was the lack of a Turkish bath or steam room, which could have made the Spa & wellness experience even more complete.

Great overall hotel with a young and friendly staff. The restaurant is extremely good.
