The building itself is beautifully decorated with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The self-check-in process was seamless, thanks to the accurate and clear information provided beforehand. The room was tastefully decorated and the bedding was of high quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom, located just next door, was spotlessly clean with fresh linens provided. it was a great value for the money paid.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident with the luxury body soap and other little luxuries provided in the exquisite rooms. The location is perfect, just a 7-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Sintra's landmarks or even take a trip to Lisbon. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are exactly what we were looking for. The room, with its comfortable bed and balcony, was clean and comfortable. Plus, having breakfast in the fridge was a nice touch.

The room at Mouralua was absolutely exquisite. I adored the little balcony and the luxurious body soap left on the pillow. The location was perfect, nestled away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of the tourist information center. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, adding a touch of homeliness to our stay. The bathrooms were beautifully finished, oozing with tasteful elegance. The added bonus was being able to leave our luggage at the hotel until late the next day, generously offered by the host.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a problematic online check-in process and a mix-up with the bed arrangement, the overall experience at Mouralua was exceptional. Despite the walls being a bit thin and occasionally being disturbed by noisy guests, the comfort and quietness of the room made up for it.

What a beautiful hostel! The owner was incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our bags before check-in so we could explore the city. They even provided coffee, tea, fruits, snacks, and cooking spices. The rooms and common bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The common areas were inviting and well-organized, and the kitchen was convenient. Even though we didn't see much staff, everything was efficiently managed with detailed check-in instructions. Highly recommended!

Our weekend stay was great! the rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. the location was perfect - close to a supermarket and within walking distance from the center. We had access to a kitchen which was great for our self-made breakfasts. the hosts were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even better.

The room was small and the shower needed some adjustment to get the right temperature. the walls were not soundproof, which was a bit of an issue at first, but luckily the other guests were quiet.
