I had a wonderful stay at this trendy and faultless apartment. the location was outstanding, right in the heart of the old town and surrounded by high-end shopping. the apartment itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. the bed, although slightly smaller than expected, was comfortable. the check-in process was hassle-free with a simple code provided for entry. the experience was like staying at a 4-star hotel, with fresh, nicely designed, and cozy accommodations.

The location of My Story Apartments Porto - Santa Catarina was perfect for our stay in Porto. We were right in the center of the main shopping street, which made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The room itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was spacious and even had a sofa bed in addition to the king-sized bed, making it suitable for families as well. We also appreciated the two TVs in the room. The hosts, Rita and Susanna, were delightful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One small drawback was that there was no washing machine in the apartment. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't affect our overall experience.

The location is fantastic, right on the shopping street and close to amazing restaurants and the Saõ Bento station. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The private balcony on the 3rd floor provided a peaceful atmosphere. The communication with the host was easy and prompt. The property details and entry codes were provided in advance, making it easy to locate and enter the property. Everything is within walking distance, from cafes for breakfast to big department stores. Many of the must-see places are also nearby. The apartment was fresh, newly decorated, and spacious, with a complete kitchen and utensils. The host allowed me to keep my luggage in the room after check-out, which was very convenient.

I absolutely loved the modern decoration of the hotel and how clean everything was. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel could provide some assistance for carrying luggage. It would have been helpful to have someone available to help the children of the staff with carrying heavy bags.

A quieter and more peaceful environment would greatly enhance the relaxation and enjoyment of all the guests, particularly those who prefer a tranquil setting.

My recent stay at My Story Apartments Porto - Santa Catarina was fantastic! The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. I even had a lovely balcony with a view of Santa Catarina. The location of the hotel on Porto's main shopping street was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket nearby. I was able to easily walk to all the major sights in Porto. The host, Jessica, was welcoming and check-in was quick. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return in the future!

The only issue I had during my stay was being woken up early every morning by the chime of a nearby musical clock. However, this was beyond the control of the hotel.

My Story Apartments - Santa Catarina is a spacious, clean, and modern condo that exceeded my expectations. the apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Located on Rua Santa Catarina, a vibrant pedestrian shopping street, there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. the apartment was also conveniently close to metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.

The studio had all the necessary amenities and a great view for people watching. Rita was a fantastic assistant. Everything was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Paying extra for coffee pods after the first day, because apparently I can't live without caffeine. How luxurious.
