The staff at Onomo Hotel were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One particular team member, a lady at the reception, reassured me when I reported a misplaced item and promptly helped locate it. The view from the 5th floor was breathtaking, and the room was spacious with a great layout. The shower was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Despite being a conference venue, I was not disturbed by any noise during my stay. The location was also ideal, with the hotel situated close to various attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kigali.

The staff are super nice and go above and beyond for their guests. The breakfast is tasty and there are several options to eat and drink throughout the day. The pool is lovely and perfect for relaxing.

The check-out process can be cumbersome and needs improvement.

I recently stayed at Onomo Hotel for a week during my business trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel itself is safe, secure, and impeccably clean. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The restaurant, bar, and pool area offered a stunning view of the town, creating a lovely ambiance. The staff even taught me some Kinyarwanda, which was a delightful touch. the hotel ticked all the boxes and provided a wonderful experience.

I had an incredible stay at Onomo Hotel. The view from the 5th Floor was breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. I misplaced an item during dinner, and even though I reported it 24 hours later, they immediately took action to find it. The receptionist, although I can't recall her name, reassured me and they successfully traced and returned my item. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was peaceful with a lovely view. Leo, one of the supervisors, and Denise, a professional staff member. The room had a fantastic design and a great shower.
