the front desk staff, especially Tonia, were incredibly helpful with directions and provided me with maps and other useful information for my solo trip to Lisbon. the studio room I stayed in was immaculate and had a fully equipped kitchen. I also loved the location, as it was convenient to tour the nearby areas of Baixa, Alfama, and even took the streetcar tram to Belem.

The staff at My Suite Lisbon Guest House - Principe Real were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, and the apartment we stayed in had a fantastic view of Lisbon's old town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with brand new appliances. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in the old town and close to the tram line, river, and train stations.

It was situated in a great neighborhood, with a lot of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us good recommendations for where to eat and what to see.

The noise from the street was very loud at night, which really disrupted our sleep. It was hard to get any rest with all the noise outside.

The spacious rooms were filled with character, offering a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden, a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city.

The walls were a bit thin, occasionally allowing the noise from neighboring rooms to seep through. However, it did not detract from the overall wonderful experience.
