Fully equipped apartment with a thoughtful welcome gesture of Portuguese pasteis de nata and fruit. Beautifully decorated rooms. Friendly staff and easy check-in process. Comfortable beds and pillows, comparable to a 5-star hotel. Well-stocked kitchen with all appliances and complimentary coffee capsules.

The apartment had a great layout with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony was a nice addition, and the heating/cooling unit worked well. The location was excellent, right in the city center on the main pedestrian street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host, Joanna, was very helpful and accommodating. Welcome gifts of fruits, pastel de nata, water, and coffee were a nice touch.

Recently stayed at Otilia Apartamentos for a short 4-night trip. The location was fantastic, right in downtown, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The view from the apartment was amazing, especially from the lovely little balcony bistro set. The furniture, linen, and kitchen equipment were of top-notch quality, giving it a luxurious feel. The attention to detail was outstanding, with high-quality toiletries provided. a beautiful place to stay with great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at a gorgeous apartment in the heart of the city. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee. the facilities were clean, comfortable, and the rooms were bright and perfectly clean. the apartment had everything I needed, including a stove, refrigerator, and air conditioning. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket was just a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient to reach Rossio Station within 10 minutes, making it easy for me to visit Sintra. the airport was easily accessible by bus or subway, with the station just a five-minute walk away. David, the host, was very attentive and even helped me with my suitcase. Just keep in mind that there are steep stairs to climb, so it may not be suitable for those with health issues. I highly recommend Otilia Apartamentos for a wonderful stay in the city.

Great welcome. Helpful staffs. Clean rooms. Wifi. Location is perfect and close to everything. High quality linens and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Close to the water. The "welcome" of fresh fruits and pastel de natas was awesome. Excellent staff who are very helpful, especially with luggage. Located on the main pedestrian shopping street with lots of action but quiet by 11:30pm. Situated on the main thoroughfare but a quiet apartment on the 4th floor despite ongoing construction. Easy check-in with Rui. Tea/coffee, fruit, water, and pastries provided. Apartment had everything you need. Highly recommend.

The apartment was located in the heart of the city center, on a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was clean and spacious, with two good sized bedrooms and a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any minor issues. it was a great place to base ourselves for exploring the historic old town.

The fee for late check-in after 6pm was quite expensive.

otilia apartamentos was even better than my previous stay in lisbon. the 2 bedroom apartment was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. the location was central and convenient, near the sea and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transportation. definitely recommended for a great stay in lisbon.
