The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the attractions of Funchal. Additionally, most of the staff I encountered were polite and helpful, always ensuring that I had a pleasant experience.

Cons: Although the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning not working properly. This inconvenience did not hinder my overall enjoyable experience at this venue.

This resort is conveniently located near Funchal city centre, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, the proximity to the evening entertainment areas ensures there is always something to do. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful Formosa beach which is just a short distance away. The rooms are spacious with generous balconies, providing stunning views of the sea and mountains. The reception staff is extremely helpful and friendly, offering lots of advice on the local area. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus for convenient transportation.

The hotel gym is quite small and lacks variety in equipment.

This hotel is amazing! the food is delicious with a lot of variety and quality ingredients. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that guaranteed a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the beautiful views from the pool and outdoor areas, as well as the excellent staff service.

The beach was not as nice as I expected. It had pebbles that were uncomfortable to walk on, and there was a broken lift that made it difficult to access.

We also appreciated the convenience of having coffee shops, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, and a laundry nearby. the hotel's shuttle service to the city center was a bonus, making it easy for us to explore without any hassle. the food at the hotel was absolutely splendid, with a variety of delicious options for every meal. We were also impressed with the facilities, including the saunas, pools, and gym. the cleaning crew did a great job maintaining our room and providing fresh sheets and towels daily.
