Loved my xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a view of the gardens. The pool was a great addition, especially during the hot weather.

Disliked the constant piano music playing in the background. It would have been nicer to have a variety of music.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of tasty dishes. The hotel also had stunning gardens and a pool area which overlooked the town, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Being centrally located, we were able to easily explore the nearby historic sites of Evora, Moura, Monsaraz, and Mourao.

The restaurant service could have been a bit quicker, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

During our road trip, we decided to stop at Pousada Castelo De Alvito for a taste of the Portuguese castle experience.
