The value for money was great and the room was comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. The location inside the castle wall was amazing and the staff, especially Nadia and Fabio, were very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying in this historic castle! The location was amazing, at the top of a hill with stunning views of the surrounding area, just below the restaurant. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were wonderfully attentive and accommodating, from providing a welcome drink upon arrival to offering a late change to our reservation. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold items.

We had the incredible opportunity to experience what it's like to live in a castle for two nights. The service at Pousada Castelo De was exceptional, providing us with four-star treatment throughout our stay. The staff dressed as monks added to the authentic medieval ambience. The location allowed us to walk the ramparts and enjoy the annual Medieval fair, witnessing knights on horseback and sword fights. The breakfast was delightful with stunning views. The concierge even helped with parking, making our visit hassle-free. staying at the castle enhanced our Obidos experience.

We had an amazing time at Pousada Castelo De. We saved up for a special stay in the tower room and it was worth every penny. The private courtyard and interiors of the castle were stunning. The restaurant was also excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying our bags up the stairs. Highly recommend this unique experience!

Finding the hotel proved to be a challenge, with poor signage and difficult navigation. the road to the castle is steep and winding, and driving through the narrow castle walls can be intimidating.
