Delightful surprise! I experienced a similar situation to a previous guest with the breakfast, but the staff quickly replenished the buffet when I asked. The rest of my stay was superb! The peaceful surroundings and beautiful chapel made for a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The surrounding landscape was stunning, surrounded by rolling hills and the peace and quiet of the countryside. the outdoor pool was a great place to relax, and we enjoyed the chance to take a dip and cool off. the breakfast was also a highlight of our stay; offering a delicious selection of local specialties and freshly brewed coffee.

We didn't feel like the room was up to par. the decor was outdated and the bathroom was in need of some maintenance.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Portugal! The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway in the beautiful hills. The architecture of the building was stunning, and the restoration to a hotel was done with great care. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the countryside, it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the view. The amenities were top-notch, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness area, and even a spa and wellness center. I also appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the fruit and chocolate in the room. It made me feel truly taken care of.

I wish the hotel would have better management of the pool area to ensure that all guests have a chance to use it.
