I had a fantastic stay at this small luxury hotel. The room was nice and I slept well. The staff were very nice and polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast included many options and was great. The pool area and massage services were also great. With only 63 rooms, the hotel never felt crowded. The location of the hotel is wonderful and the interior of the old palace is amazing. a highly recommended place to stay.

One of the main drawbacks of this hotel was the understaffing issue. the restaurant often had long waits to be seated and the bar was sometimes not staffed at all.

the ancient Roman ruins and spa facilities provided a perfect blend of history and relaxation. the bed was a cloud and the outdoor swimming pool was divine. I loved the tasty food in the restaurant and the impeccable service from the friendly and accommodating staff.

The only minor downside was the limited lunch menu options, which were the same as the evening menu. the quality of the food was impressive, and the lipstick stain on the coffee cup was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The interior swimming pool needed cleaning and some tiles were missing from the outdoor pool. the restaurant lacked ambiance and was expensive.
