Our romantic escape was dampened by a few negative experiences. On top of that, our keycard didn't work and the lighting and a/c control was malfunctioning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. I could easily explore the historical center and city center by foot. It was also very convenient to have the casino nearby. The hotel provided excellent service, including room service and car hire. The room itself was top-notch with all the amenities I needed, from a mini-bar to a sitting area. I especially loved the terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants in the old town. It offers a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the historical center of the city. it is situated far away from the bustling casino area.

The parking lot at the hotel can be quite stressful to navigate, especially if you have a mid-sized car.

I fell in love with the charming Quinta Bela S Tiago hotel. the location was perfect, with a quaint church visible from our room's balcony, offering a lovely sea view. the hotel, a former manor house with original period features, exuded a unique character. the chandeliers in the dining area added a touch of elegance. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and evening meal were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful, well-kept gardens and the peaceful pool area. the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Tip: We requested a mattress topper to make our mattress more comfortable, which was promptly provided.
